EECD Education Support Services (ESS) offers support to students and to the K-12 system in the area of comprehensive and developmental guidance and counselling, including that of career and life role development. ESS personnel work with School District personnel to ensure that students are provided with support services to learning. Through the lens of Universal Design for Career Education/Transition ESS provides consultative support to schools, school districts, and other government departments, both provincially and nationally. In addition, consultative services and support are provided to non-government agencies that render services to schools.
