Women's rights and gender equity are topics that she studied in university through her minor in sociology. Daniella is deeply committed to the vision behind projectEQUITY and strongly believes that we need to ensure women are granted equal opportunity in every facet of their lives. Andriy Kumanovskyy
Ambassador

Andriy is an engineer working in the energy/environmental industry with a strong passion for nature, society and learning. One of the things Andriy has been particularly fond of as of late is biology and psychology and how it is often a layer that needs to be explored and understood in order to make wise political science decisions, as it underlines all that is social. While a strong STEM background and a passion for research has made Andriy aware of the inherent, biological and psychological differences in gender and how this may result in differences in pay, Andriy believes that empowerment at the individual level through education is the best way towards equality. Equality of opportunity should be granted to both genders as a basic right, and perhaps equality of outcome will result as a result of education and coaching.

In his spare time, Andriy is also a musician, programmer and a strong advocate of a healthy lifestyle. You can often finding him scaling a rock climbing gym or hiking through a forest - leaving behind nothing but footprints.
